Troubleshooting Payout Issues

If your employer is experiencing difficulties processing your payouts, it's essential to ensure that your AnyDay card is active and valid. Here are some steps you can take:

  1. Check Your Card Status:

  • Open the AnyDay app and navigate to the Card section. Here, you can check if your card is locked.

  1. Unlock Your Card if Necessary:

  • If your card is locked, you can unlock it directly in the app from the Cards section. After unlocking your card, your employer should be able to process payouts.

  1. Employer Checks:

  • If your card appears active in the app but transfers are still not processed, ask your employer (e.g., your manager) if they encountered a specific error message. This can help identify transfer issues from their end.

  1. Activate a New Card (if needed):

  • If unlocking your card doesn’t resolve the issue, contact Support. In cases where further problems persist (e.g., disputes or restrictions), activate a new card in the Cards section of the app. Balances from the old card will transfer to the new card automatically.

If your card is active and valid, but your employer still cannot process payouts, please contact our support team for further assistance. If the issue remains unresolved despite troubleshooting efforts, you may need to activate a new card. Once activated, any remaining balance on your current card will be transferred automatically.
