Replacing a lost, stolen, or damaged card

The new AnyDay card is rolling out gradually starting July 2025. If you haven't been migrated to the new system yet, you'll need to request a new card from your manager and scan the QR code or enter the proxy number on the back to activate it.

If your card is lost, damaged, or stolen, you can quickly order a replacement directly in the app.

How to request a new card:

  1. Tap "Card" on the home page

  2. Tap "Request a new card"

  3. Choose the reason you're ordering a new card

  4. Pick a new virtual or physical card

Once you've requested your new card, your current card will be deactivated to ensure it can't be used.

βŒ›οΈ Heads up: If you choose to order a new physical card, it can take 7-10 business days to arrive. A temporary virtual card will be issued to you while you wait.
