To help protect your AnyDay account and comply with new banking regulations, we need to verify you’re really you. During your setup, we’ll ask you to:
Take a photo of your government-issued ID
Take a selfie of yourself which we compare with your ID
That's it! The whole process usually takes just a couple of minutes. There’s no credit check or SIN number required for Canadian only residents. As always, we will not report any earnings to the CRA.

Health Card (except from MB, NS, ON, PEI)
Equivalent Foreign ID (e.g., international passport)

ID requirements
For us to accept your ID, it must meet these requirements:
Cannot be expired (check the expiry date before taking your photo)
Cannot be altered (no writing, stickers, or damage on the ID)
Must be the original document (we can't accept photocopies or screenshots)
Must include the front and back of the ID
Must be clearly legible, with no glare, shadows, reflections, or obstruction.
Manual verification
If you see any of the following screens, it means our compliance team is reviewing your information. This is often necessary if:
There's a small mismatch in your details that we need to verify
Your ID is from somewhere we don't see very often
What happens next:
Our team will manually review your details. Watch your email for any requests for additional information.
We aim to complete most reviews within 24 business hours, but it can take up to 1-3 business days for more complex cases.
