If you’re seeing this screen, it means the security settings on your phone may not meet the requirements for using AnyDay. This can happen for a few reasons:
Developer Mode is enabled on your device
Your phone may be jailbroken or rooted
You’re using an older version of the AnyDay app
For your safety, AnyDay won’t run if we detect that your information may be at risk.
Step 1: Update the AnyDay app
Before trying anything else, update to the latest version of AnyDay Financial from the App Store or Google Play Store.
Older versions may display this message incorrectly if Developer Mode is on. Updating to the latest version resolves this issue automatically.
Step 2: Turn off Developer Mode
If you still see the error after updating, try turning off Developer Mode on your device:
On Android (steps may vary by phone)
Open Settings.
Tap System > Developer options.
If you don’t see this, search “Developer options” in Settings.
Toggle Developer options off.
Restart your device.
Step 3: Check if your device is jailbroken or rooted
If your phone has been jailbroken or rooted, it cannot be used with AnyDay for security reasons.
If you’re unsure, check with your phone’s manufacturer or carrier.
The only way to fix this is to restore your device back to its original software.
