🔍 Who Can Use This Feature?

❌ Free users: This feature is not available
This feature is also available during eligible trial periods.
🧠 Both bots work in your WhatsApp account and can be activated from any supported platform, including Web, Desktop, Android, and iOS.
🛠️ How to Activate the WhatsApp Integration
You can activate WhatsApp from the Web app, Desktop app, Android, or iOS:
Go to Settings → Integrations → WhatsApp
Enter your mobile number
Enter the 6-digit verification code
Enable the Personal bot and/or Workspace bot (based on your plan)
To disconnect, return to the same screen and tap Disconnect.
💡 Note: You can always switch the Whatsapp number associated with your Any.do account by simply disabling the integration and then re-integrating with your new number.
👤 Managing Personal Lists with the WhatsApp Personal Bot
The Personal WhatsApp bot allows you to manage your personal tasks and personal lists without needing to open the Any.do app.
You can:
Add tasks via chat
Set reminders
Get notified when reminders are due
Forward WhatsApp messages to turn them into tasks
The Personal bot is available for Premium, Family, and Workspace users.

Once set, they will appear in WhatsApp when due
To keep receiving them, you must complete the reminder inside the main app when it’s due. Simply opening WhatsApp will not trigger the next recurrence.

The Workspace WhatsApp bot is for Workspace and Family users only. It connects WhatsApp to your team’s boards and supports:
Creating board tasks
Assigning teammates
Sending attachments
Replying to task mentions
Getting board task reminders
💡 Each Workspace or Family user must activate the bot from their own account. To receive board reminders in WhatsApp, make sure board notifications are turned on in the app.

If you’re on Android and your reminders show the wrong time:
Go to Settings → Integrations → WhatsApp → Time Zone
Select your correct time zone

🆗 Accepted Reminder Formats
You can use natural, flexible formats such as:
“Remind me to take meds at 9am”
“Buy flowers tomorrow at 16:00”
“Doctor appointment January 8 at 11:00”
“Submit report in 3 days”
“Call mom next week at 8pm”
Avoid partial or ambiguous formats like “9.40”, “940”, or “9-40”. Also, avoid using multiple numbers and different formats in a single string.
