βž• Adding and Editing Notes on a Task

You can include detailed information under any personal task using the Notes section.

  1. Tap a task to open its full view

  2. Tap "add notes" or tap an existing note to edit it

  3. Enter or update your note (up to 60,000 characters)

  4. Tap Done to confirm your input and also Save or pull down the task to save

  1. Click on a task to open its menu

  2. Type into the "Insert your notes here" box or edit an existing note

  3. Click anywhere outside the field to save automatically

πŸ“Ž Attaching Files to a Task

All file attachments are saved inside the task they were added to. Once uploaded, attachments can be accessed from any device: You can attach voice notes, images, videos, or documents to any personal task.

There is no central location to browse all attachments, you’ll need to open each task individually to view or manage its files.

  1. Open a task

  2. Tap the blue + icon in the bottom-right corner

  3. Select the file type you want to upload (photo, voice note, doc, etc.)

  2. Under the Attachments section, click "add/ drop your files here"

  3. Choose a file, or drag and drop it into the field

Once an attachment has been uploaded to a task, it can be accessed and downloaded from any device (as long as you log into the same account).

  • Choose to download it to your device or share it using other apps

  • Open the task and locate the file under Attachments

  • Click the download icon to save it to your computer

Remove individual files from any task when no longer needed.

  • Mobile and Desktop: Tap or click the X icon next to the file to remove it
