While your Any.do account's data syncs and saves 24/7 to our servers, we understand that there are times users may want a hard-copy for safekeeping. Any.do provides two main export options - one for personal lists and personal tasks, and another for Family and/or Workspace boards:
Personal Lists and Tasks: These items, which are available to all user types (Free, Premium, Family, Workspace) can be printed from both the desktop and mobile apps, as well as exported to external sources whenever needed. Users can opt to print/export entire lists, the All Tasks View and the 7 Days View with their personal tasks - as well as export their Archived Tasks folder.
Boards: These items, which are available to Family and Workspace users, can be printed from both the desktop and mobile apps, as well as exported to external sources whenever needed. Users can opt to print/export entire boards, the All Tasks View and the 7 Days View with their board tasks.
Note: At this time there is no option to print and/or export the calendar view.

From the personal space, users can choose to print or export their todo lists (along with all associated items, as well as their All Tasks View, the 7 Days View and the Archived Tasks folder.

You can choose to print any of your personal lists or the collective views (7 Days/All Tasks). Just enter the designated list/view and choose the print option as instructed below:

Exporting your personal lists or collective views (7 Days/All Tasks) directly to external services, can be done via the mobile app by sharing a specific list/view. On the web/desktop apps, users can export their lists/collective views as a PDF format.

Press the export icon and choose how you want to share your file.

Click "Print".
Under the description option on the top right side, change the drop-down menu to save as.
Click on 'Save as PDF'.

The Web/desktop apps offer a unique view for all archived personal items which includes some simple stats regarding your tasks as well as an export option. You can learn more about this view, right here. When choosing tho export items, you will receive an email with a Zip file containing all your archived tasks in a CSV format, which you can choose to also print as needed.
