You can search for any type of booking in your bookings list.

As default, the bookings list is in ascending order by booked date. The bookings list will view all unconfirmed online bookings (purple), confirmed (white/grey), and provisional / no payment yet (red). 

To view all cancelled bookings, click on the ‘cancelled’ tick box and this will switch to all cancelled bookings in dark red.

The search box allows you to search and filter your entire bookings list. 

If you have lots of bookings, you may want to add a filter to the right hand side of the Search Text and search by a specific parameter.

If you receive lots of bookings through third parties, and want to report on these bookings only, when you’re on the bookings page, click on the ‘agent’ tick box to be presented with a drop down of all the agents you can filter the view by.

The coloured dots on the Bookings List to the right of the customer’s surname (in the above example, there is a black one for a ‘Black List’) are used to profile a customer. You can create your own coloured dots by editing your own customer list.  Learn how to setup a Customer List, click below
