When you need to block off the availability to prevent a customer or your team from making a booking on a specific unit and date range, follow these steps.
To block off dates
Open your Availability Chart, click on the block off dates toggle, choose the period and write a note. Click on the first day you'd like to block off. Then click the refresh button.
You can hover your mouse over the blocked off dates to see your notes.
To unblock dates
Click on the 'Block off Date' toggle again. Choose the number of days you are unblocking by and click on the first day. The unit and date range will go back to be green again. Click on the refresh button once you've finished.
