When you have submitted your application, your record will progress into Omni, which is the module that allows you to manage your application after submission.
Ways to get to Omni:
There are a number of ways that you can get to Omni:
Via the application grid. For any application record, you can go to it's Omni record by clicking on the icon in the record line item:
2. Via the Menu. You can got to Solutions/Omni to get to Omni. Note that this will land you in Omni in general with a list of ALL your apps - you will then have to search for a particular record:
3. Via Loanapp workflow. When you have completed your application, you will be told you have successfully submitted; and you can then go into Omni to see the status and tracking updates by clicking the Communication button:
Omni functionality:
Omni is an interface screen that receives updated and tracking information from ANZ and also allows you to 'manage' the application after you have submitted it. When you first submit an application, if you then go to Omni, you will see the initial response back from ANZ:
Lists the Application record you are checking
Tells you the overall status of the application
This is a list of records that will build as the application moves from submission to settlement. Basically, each update will appear as a line item in this list.
Add New: allows you to add a new note on the application. This is for your use to add any pertinent notes you want to record against the application
Viewing the Messages
For each message, you can click on the line item in your records list to see more detail. When you click open a line item you will see:
The Full Message from ANZ
The date and time the message was received
The ANZ reference number and other pertinent application detail
You will note that this message is marked as 'Open':
It is not imperative, but you can mark this message as "Actioned", which will mean you have read and 'received' the application:
This will move the message from your OPEN list to your COMPLETE list.
Again, this is not imperative but can be a good way for you to manage your messages as ones you have 'seen' and others that you havent:
All messages will be displayed in Omni for an application. Over time, the line items for an application will grow and you may even get messages from ANZ to provide further information etc. |
Omni is one way communication (from ANZ to Loanapp Omni). It is not possible to respond to messages within Loanapp Omni. |
