When you have completed all the data in your application, one of the final sections is the Serviceability section:

This serviceability section is directly integrated with Credit Decisions Platform. When it generates serviceability, it is presenting to you an outcome that has come from Credit Decisions Platform and will be that same outcome an assessor will get.

You will note that if you have not yet completed the entire dataset, the Serviceability section will have an orange icon and message:

When you have completed a full dataset (including the loan you are applying for), the serviceability section will make a call to Credit Decisions Platform and return an outcome. This generally takes less than a minute.

The Credit Decisions Platform outcome will then be displayed directly in Loanapp:

You are also able to download an output from your serviceability from this section:

You will find that when you get the supporting documents, the Uncommitted Monthly Income (UMI) report is also in the documents bucket, for you to download or review from there.

Reassessing Serviceability

If you change the data in your application Loanapp will automatically call Credit Decisions Platform again and get an updated Credit Decisions Platform and UMI outcome.

You can continue to update data and receive updated outcomes from the Loanapp interface, as many times as you need to.

This great built in functionality allows for seamless Credit Decisions Platform calls directly from Loanapp.
