Loanapp conveniently filters the product selection automatically based on your application data. Note that this means that you need to ensure you have entered a security property, and the loan details, in order for products to become available. |
Products can be selected in the Loan and Serviceability section of Loanapp.
The first section on this page in the Securities section - where:
if the application is a refinance, you will have the property detail auto-completed (from the previous Financial Position section)
if the application is for a purchase, you will need to add the property details:
Once entered, Loanapp will do a search for the property and pull back detail from Core Logic to add to the security property detail:
Next is the Products section.
As you complete the detail in this section, the 'available' products will filter to the most appropriate based on your selections.
For instance, in this example I have entered in the detail of Investment, Fixed, 3yrs, P&I:
If I then change my mind and choose Variable, Interest Only, I then get:

Remember - if you don't see the product selection you want, you will need to check your data and change the data elements to trigger a new filter and fresh list of product options. |
