In Loanapp, you will be asked to enter the contact details of the applicant/s and related parties.
ANZ has configured where you can (and can't) add a PO Box as an acceptable address type.
For instance, You are not able to enter a PO Box Address as the current residential address for an applicant.
You can only enter a PO Box Address for a mailing address.
You will see when you click the dropdown in Mailing address that you will get the option to re-select the already-entered Current Residential Address, or enter a new one. In the Mailing Address, you are able to enter a PO Box address:
When selected, you can enter in the full address details:
And "set" (save) the address:
You will note that a PO Box address is then able to be added (or re-selected) in appropriate address sections, such as Company Address:
