Loanapp has some functionality to help you manage your uploaded documents - to prepare them for attaching to the checklist.

One of the key document functions is the View or Edit functionality. This allows you to view a particular document and even edit it with redaction, notes, and highlights.

To View or Edit a document, click on the icon of the document you want to view/edit, and drag up to the "View or Edit" bucket:

Another pane will open, with your document in full view:

You can then reset the interface so that you are only looking at the document pane, by clicking the 'expand' icon in the top right of the pane:

This then gives you better visibility of the document, and also the edit functionality:

  1. Edit pencil will make more editing functionality available

  2. Zoom

  3. If the document has more than one page, this then shows you all the pages in the document

  4. Rotate

  5. Download the document

Edit mode

To enable the editing mode, click the pencil; and you will have more editing functionality made available:

  1. Add a Sticky Note. This allows you to add a sticky note to the document. You are able to add 'notes' to the sticky note, and move the sticky note into the correct position on the document. When you are finished you can click OK:

  2. Add Text (notes) directly to the document, and move the placement of the comment. Once done, you click OK to set on the document:

  3. Draw a box to highlight sections of a document, and write a comment as to what is important to know about that section:

  4. Redact sections of a document. To redact, you need to first click with redact icon here:

    1. And then when you have selected the section to redact, you need to finalise the redaction by clicking the Apply_Redact icon:

  5. Delete - will delete your edits

When you are satisfied with your edits, you can then save the document as a new version with all your edits:

You can then go back to the full view of the checklist by clicking "default view":

And you will be able to then attach your edited document to the checklist item it is required for:
