Security Property - CoreLogic Integration

Loanapp has an integration with Corelogic to verify and populate detail for your Security Property

Loanapp has an integration with Corelogic to populate the security section with detail from their database.

Where you are purchasing a property, you will ADD a security property:

And be presented with the property modal (popup window) to enter further detail for the property:

When you click "Done", the modal will close and the Corelogic call will be made by Loanapp. You will see that the call is in progress:

And when the call is completed, any data returned from Corelogic will be populated on screen:

Note that sometimes the Corelogic call is not successful, and/or data will vary per property (eg sometimes will not return a picture)

When you are refinancing, the experience is a little different, as you have already completed the property detail in the Financial Position, and the security section will be auto-populated:

In order to trigger the Corelogic call, you need to click on the three dots on the property record to launch the modal (popup window):

The modal will open, and you can re-check all your data, and then when you click 'done', the Corelogic call will be triggered:

And then display any detail that has been returned:
