When you have created your application, checked serviceability, generated your supporting documents checklist, and downloaded your application form/s, you are able to submit your application to ANZ for assessment.

To submit your application, go to the Submission section:

If the application has been validated as complete, you are able to click the Submit Application button, which will show that it is working on the submission:

After about a minute, you will see a new message telling you that your application has successfully been submitted to ANZ:

Note that when you have successfully submitted your data to ANZ, this will:

  • enable the submit button in the supporting documents checklist

  • lock the application data so that it cannot be changed

  • hide the submit button; and replace it with the following:

Backchannel from ANZ.

When you have successfully submitted your application, you will receive backchannel confirmation from ANZ systems. This can be found in Omni. To get to Omni, click on the "communication" icon at the top of the Loanapp page:

This will take you to a section in Loanapp which will give you all backchannel messages for your application.

If you click on this message, it will give you a better view of the overall backchannel message:

Once you have digested the message, if there is nothing for you to do, you can click "Mark as Actioned" to set that you have read the message.

Any new backchannel messages will then list in this section as your applications progresses through assessment.
