When completing an application record, you are able to add detail of how your applicants prefer to receive and sign the post-approval loan documents.

The section that captures this detail in Loanapp is the Documentation Instructions section on the Setup screen (the bottom of the first page of Loanapp):

The Documentation Instructions has two subsections, and it is the Document delivery method that captures how your applicants would like to have their post-approval loan documents delivered for review and execution:

You will see an onscreen detail noting eligibility for ANZ eSign is required - some applicant/application types are not eligible. Hover over the info icon to see current eligibility for ANZ eSign:

Note that Loanapp will default to eSign. If your applicants do not wish to sign their loan documents via electronic signature, you will need to change this defaulted setting to email.

Choosing eSign will mean that certain detail is mandatory for the applicants to provide, and you will note that certain validation is triggered such as:

  • a valid and unique mobile number is entered for each applicant

  • a valid and unique email address is entered for each applicant

  • a valid and unique mobile number is entered for you, the mobile lender

  • a valid and unique email address is entered for you, the mobile lender

Your applicant's preferences will be sent to RLS upon submission and ANZ will issue and deliver loan documetns in the preferred manner.
