You can grant full or limited access to your instance for other users. To begin, go to your instance details and click the "Share" button in the top right corner.

Share an Instance:

  1. Enter the email address of the user you wish to share the instance with and choose a role from the dropdown menu. Hover over each role for a description.

  2. Click "Invite User" to send an invitation to their email. The user will appear on the "People with access" list with a "Pending" status. If needed, resend the invitation by clicking the button next to the status.

  3. Once the user is on the list, you can modify their role or revoke access anytime.

A new icon will appear on your shared instance's tile in My Instances and under Shares in the list view. Clicking it will reopen the share instance window.

Custom Privileges:

Selecting "Custom" allows you to assign specific privileges to each user. Check the boxes next to each category to select all privileges within it.

  • General Management: Change label, Set Domain, Create Staging, Push to Live, View Logs, View Reports, Delete Instance, Manage Shared Access

  • WordPress Management: WP Admin SSO, Update WordPress, Manage Auto Update, Manage Backups, Manage Automatic Backup, Update Site Name, Clear Cache, Set Maintenance Mode, Set Debug Mode, Manage Themes, Manage Plugins, Manage WordPress Config, Manage WordPress Users

  • Manage Related Hosting: Manage Email Accounts, Manage DNS, Manage Domains, Manage SSL Certificates, Manage FTP Accounts, Manage MySQL Databases, Manage Cron Jobs, PHPMyAdmin SSO

Be cautious with the "Delete Instance" privilege. Note that privileges under "Manage Related Hosting" apply to all sites on the associated hosting.
