  1. Click on "Markets" link and login (or register)

2. In ‘Search Markets’ type in ‘btc usd swap’ and select the option given

3. Now you will see the global aggregated orderbook containing the FTX, BitMEX, OKEX exchanges

4. If you select any one of these exchanges it will remove them from the orderbook. Selecting them again adds them back into the orderbook
