  1. Click on "Insights" link and login (or register)

2. Select an option to see insights for Spot, Future or Swap markets

3. Depending on the selected Market Type, you can also Filter insight tables by All Markets, a base, a quote a Pair or an exchange.

4. You can toggle the ability to show or hide stable coins. By default, markets for stable coins are hidden.

5. You can control the frequency at which the insights tables update.
