You can contact the vendor directly through the APFusion Desktop app!
Contacting the vendor before an order is placed
Step 1: Once you have the Hollander Number, start in the Desktop app on the search page
Step 2: Click on the Search by Hollander tab
Step 3: Enter the Hollander Number and click Search
Step 4: Each part will have its own blue Contact Seller button on the right side of the page, click this button to initiate a message with the vendor
Step 5: Type your question in the popup box and hit send. The message will be sent to the vendor and can be found in your Messaging Portal.
Step 6: You will see a green notification confirming your message was sent.
You can now select the "View Message" button to see the message you just sent.
Step 7: You can come back to the message thread at any time by searching the Hollander number in your messaging portal!
