How Do I Contact a Vendor After my Order is Placed?

You can contact the vendor directly through the APFusion Desktop app!

Contacting the vendor after an order is placed

Step 1: Open up your desktop app, or log in using the web with shop.apfusion.com

Step 2: Navigate to the "Messages" tab on the left after you log in

Step 3: Find or Search for your order using the order number in the search bar

Step 4: You will now be viewing the message thread associated with that order!


Alternatively, you can also access your messages from the orders page!

Step 1: Navigate to the "Orders" tab on the left of your desktop app/web page.

Step 2: Use the search function to locate the order you need to contact the vendor about

Step 3: Click on the "Order Details" button on the right side of the order

Step 4: Press the "Contact Seller" button towards the bottom of the order page

Step 5: Type your message in the box that appears, select "Send Message" and once the new window appears, select "Messaging Portal" to view the message just sent!

Step 6: You will now be viewing the messages associated with that order!
