Step 1: Log into your desktop app or web portal, and navigate to the "Settings" tab on the left
Step 2: Select "User Management" in the settings page
Step 3: Next to an existing user, click the three dots and select
"Suspend User" or "Delete User"
NOTE:
Differences between "Delete" or "Suspend" the user.
You can only Delete a user if they do not have any orders.
You can Suspend a user who has orders so they can no longer log into their account.
