Whether this is an eBay order and you can't cancel the order for fear of getting a hit on your eBay seller rating, or it's just a very important order you can't afford to cancel in general, finding out your part is out of stock can be very frustrating π
Here's our most recommended process for quickly finding a replacement part for your customer π
Search by Hollander in the APFusion desktop app and check to see if any replacement parts are available. Make sure the reference number (or inventory ID number) is different than the one in your current WO (the part that's out of stock).
Select that replacement part and add it to your cart. Proceed to walk through the entire checkout process as normal.
Our system will create a new Work Order for you (or Delivery Ticket)
It's important to note that you will have to add tracking to eBay for this new replacement order manually, since our connector will not be linked to the new order.
And that's it! π
If your replacement part is more expensive than the original, please fill out THIS FORM so we can ensure you're listed down to receive a reimbursement for the loss. We will almost ALWAYS cover the difference on eBay sale losses when they're due to our system failing βοΈ
Finally, if there is no replacement you can find, please reach out to us at help@apfusion.com and include your order number and the Hollander number in the email so we can check on finding a replacement as soon as possible π
