We understand that sometimes purchases don't meet expectations, so we've designed a central return policy with your convenience in mind. Our aim is to ensure your shopping experience is stress-free and enjoyable. To submit a return, please refer to our instructions on initiating a return request. All returns must follow the return procedure to qualify for the proper refund, including getting the part successfully returned to the vendor using the agreed upon process.

To submit a claim, customers must attach photos of:

  • the item

  • any damage

  • the original packaging

  • any product labels.


Item must be returned with any accessories and instructions. Items must be returned in condition as received (unused, uninstalled, no exposure to fluids, original packaging with accessories and instructions)

The majority of claims will be accepted within 30 days of delivery. Exceptions may occur. Please reach out to the APF team if you have issues with any defective order returns.

Warranty policy

On APFusion, warranties vary by supplier and part type. Please confirm with the supplier or help@apfusion.com for any questions on a specific part's warranty coverage. On APFusion's latest software release, Spark, you can view warranty policies in the product listing search results on the APFusion app.

As of April 2024, approximately 90% of APFusion products qualify for 6-month warranty coverage.
