How to see the log of a request?

We provide full access to the logs, which will contain the request/response towards Unify AND the request/response towards the integration.

If you log in to the Unify admin, go to β€œLogs” in the sidebar.

Here you get a full overview of all HTTP logs towards Apideck, with filter options per connector.

It will show the HTTP log item. You can click on the item to expand/collapse it.

A log item consists of 2 parts:

  1. The HTTP request/response towards Apideck

  2. The HTTP request/response towards the connector (Dropbox).

Double-clicking the 1st item will show the details of the request/response to Apideck.

Double-clicking the 2nd item will show the details of the request/response to integration.

If there is an error, the response from the integration will give more details about the reason for the error.

At the top of the detail screen, you can easily switch between the related logs via the "View child" / "View parent" button:
