Troubleshooting Your Order: What to Do If You Haven't Received Your Package

  • Carrier Information: Most of our orders are shipped via USPS, the same service that delivers your daily mail.

  • Domestic Orders: Standard First Class shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while Priority Shipping can take up to 4 business days.

  • International Orders: These are shipped via standard First Class USPS and may take 2-3 weeks to arrive, depending on customs and local postal services.

Step 3: Common Solutions and Checks

  1. Mailbox Check: Often, customers are unaware that packages are delivered via USPS and may overlook checking their mailbox.- Small packages might be delivered in bubble mailers and placed inside the mailbox rather than at the porch.

2. Timing: Verify the shipping date to ensure the package is not still in transit. For Priority Shipping, check your mailbox again after 8 pm, as deliveries can occur late.

3. Household and Neighbors: Confirm whether someone else in your household or a neighbor might have received or moved your package.

4. Address Verification: Double-check the shipping address on your order confirmation to ensure accuracy.

5. International Orders: If applicable, visit your local post office with your tracking number for the most accurate information. Be aware that import duties might need to be paid before the package is released.

  1. Delivery Marking: Sometimes, postal workers mark packages as delivered early in their route. Please wait until the end of the day to see if the package arrives.- Wait an additional 24–48 hours as packages may sometimes be delayed due to scanning errors despite being marked as delivered.
