Note: Should you be connected via the alternative connection method for Google Play (username and password) we strongly suggest you to freshly set up your connection using the regular connection method. It is more reliable and provides better security than a direct connection.

App Radar supports various 2-Step Verifications from Google.

After linking your Google Play Console account to App Radar with the alternative connection method, an extra window for 2-Step Verification will appear to choose and complete the 2-Step Verification.

Note: When you link your Google Play Console account to App Radar with the alternative connection method, you will establish a connection over one of our IP addresses. You may get a security message from Google with our IP address that we display during the linking process.

Problems with verification code?

If you haven’t received your verification code via text message, go to your Google account settings and see if you have entered the correct number.

Should you still encounter problems, try the following: Connect Your Google Play Console Account
