Google Play Console used to provide daily Store Views on a country base above a certain threshold, this applies to data before 2nd November, 2020. When the Store Views for a country would fall below that threshold, Google Play Console would group these Store Views together and call them “Removed by threshold”. After 2nd November 2020, this item "Removed by threshold" was removed and the data should be correctly displayed by countries.

We are displaying these values in our App Metrics for Store Views as “Removed by threshold” if you choose a date range before November. The total value is correct for Store Views, but you cannot determine views by country, if a certain country often falls under this threshold.

Time period 30 days:

If country A is above that threshold for 25 out of 30 days, its Store Views for 25 days are added to the countries Store Views value. The values for the remaining 5 days, will be added to Removed by threshold.

If your Store Views are spread throughout many different countries with low view value, Removed by threshold will be percentual high. This will significantly impact your Conversion Rate from Store Views to Installs.

If your Store Views are high in general, then Removed by threshold will have a low value and will not significantly impact your Conversion Rate from Store Views to Installs.
