When you first create an App Radar account and select your app, we pull the information from the latest app version on Google Play or Apple App Store.

If you update your app information in Play Console or App Store Connect, the information you see in App Radar will no longer be current.

There's an easy fix to this. All you have to do is go to the Import & Export feature. You can find this under Optimize Store Listing --> Import & Export

Importing From Google Play Console and App Store Connect to App Radar

Click "Import". An Import will update your App Radar account with the information or changes made in your Play Console or App Store Connect.

Keep in mind that any changes you've made in App Radar in the Store Listing Editor or Store Listing Bulk Editor will be overwritten

Exporting from App Radar to Google Play Console or App Store Connect

If you would rather update the information in Play Console or App Store Connect with the changes you've made in App Radar, then carry out an Export instead.

Click "Export". An export will update your Play Console or App Store Connect with the information or changes made in your App Radar account.

Keep in mind that any changes you've made in Play Console or App Store Connect will be overwritten
