There are a couple ways that you can open the App Detail View. However, the easiest way to see your competitors' app store listing in another language or country is to go to Competitors in the Overview section. 

Here you can change the country using the drop down in the top left. 

After you've selected your desired country, you can enter the App Detail View by clicking on either the app icon or "Details" under the Preview column.

This will open the Store Listing pop up for the selected country. On this pop up you can change the countries and see how the Store Listing differs based on countries.

You can also check out the creative assets of your competitors in the "Creatives" tap.
