It can take up to 48h to connect your apps. In order to synchronize your data from the stores with App Radar, we need you to connect them with your account. We offer two options of connections:
Advised regular method of connection
If you connect your app through inviting App Radar to Google Play Console or App Store Connect, then your app will be connected to App Radar within 48 hours.
This method has a longer processing time, however it is a more secure, safe and stable way to establish a connection. We will start the process of connecting your app once we receive the invite from Google Play or Apple Connect store.
From that point, it can take up to 2 business days to get your app connected to App Radar.
If your app is still not connected after 2 business days, please contact our support team at support@appradar.com.
Alternative method for Apple Connect users
If you connect your app through the alternative method by logging in with your App Store Connect credentials, then your app should be immediately connected to App Radar. However, please keep in mind that this connection method is less secure and stable. We strongly suggest using the regular connection method.
You may experience a slight delay until your app data begins to show in your account. If there is no data after 1-2 business days, please contact our support team at support@appradar.com.
