Step-by-step guide for connecting your App Store and Google Play accounts with App Radar

How to connect my Google Play Console account?

  1. Sign in to the Google Play Console and click on Users and permissions

2. Select Invite new users

3. Add blue@appradar.com in the email field
โ€‹

4. Select Account Permissions

  • Scroll to App Access and select View App information and download bulk reports (Required for all connection features)

  • Scroll to Financial Data and select View financial data, orders and cancellation survey responses (required for App Metrics Feature)

  • Scroll to Store Presence and select Manage store presence (required for Store Listing Editor Features)

  • Scroll to User Feedback and select Reply to reviews (required for Review Feature)

5. Click Invite user

Our support team will now process your invitation. Within 48 hours after sending the invite, you will receive an email to the developer account you sent us the invite from. In this email click on the button to finish your connection setup.

Note: In order to link your Google Play Console account you need admin rights.

How to connect my App Store Connect account?

Step 1:

Sign in to App Store Connect. (Formerly iTunes Connect)

Step 2:

Navigate to User and Access.

Step 3:

Click the + (Add button) next to Users.

Step 4:

Enter App Radar as the First Name.

And Connect as the Last Name.

Add blue@appradar.com in the email field.

Step 5:

Choose Roles:

  • Sales: Required for Sales Metrics in App Metrics Feature

  • Customer Support: Required for Reviews Feature

  • Finance: Required for App Metrics Feature

  • Marketing: Required for Store Listing Editor Feature

These roles are needed to use all features, but work independent from another. If you choose not to give the permission to all roles, you can still use the features that you give permissions for.

Step 6:

Click Invite.

Our support team will now process your invitation. Within 48 hours after sending the invite, you will receive an email to the developer account you sent us the invite from. In this email click on the button to finish your connection setup.
