Please note, that your campaign data will only be visible in App Radar if you are running Apple Search Ads Advanced campaigns. No data for Apple Search Ads Basic campaigns will be shown in App Radar.

You can connect multiple Google Ads & Apple Search Ads accounts with App Radar.

Please make sure that your account has admin rights, then select the permission “Account Read Only” and grant API Access for Apple Search Ads.

This is an easy and quick process. Ideally, you connect your apps first and then on your Ads dashboard or on the connection page, you will find “Connect Ad Platform” with selection of Google Ads or Apple Search Ads.

As a first step, you click on “Connect Account” next to the Apple sign.

Then, you will be asked to sign in to your Apple Search Ads account and give App Radar authorization.

Afterwards, please select the permission “Account Read Only”, so your Apple Search ads data can be displayed in your App Radar account.

Finally, with clicking on “Yes” you will grant the API access.

Your Apple Search Ads account should now be fully connected.

The data is then displayed on the Ads dashboard.

Should there be any problem with your connection, you will see it on the connection page under status.

For Pending or Problem, please revoke and reconnect with your Apple Search Ads account. Don’t forget to select the permission “Account Read Only”, so your Apple Search ads data can be displayed in your App Radar account.

If this error remains, we kindly ask you to reach out to support@appradar.com.
