Admin Portal log-in troubleshooting

What should I do if I get an error message when trying to log into the Admin Portal?

1 of 2 items may affect your ability to enter your credentials to your Applause admin portal and bring up "uh oh, something went wrong".

1.) You are logging in from a non U.S.-based IP address or

2.) Browser data may need to be reset

If #1 and you're using a VPN, make sure it's a dedicated U.S. one and even try other "cities" that your VPN provides

If #2 there are few steps/things to check to make sure if a saved bookmark/login is causing an issue with your login screen to the Applause admin portal. Some resets with your device/browser should do the trick and I have those instructions below. Let us know if this helps.

This can happen occasionally with saved bookmarks and website data building up. By clearing out website data and/ or a hard reset on your browser, this can help the login URL page reset -https://my.applausehq.com/login

1.) Reset the cache of your browser and see if that fixes it.


2.) If you're using Google chrome "Delete the data" of my.applausehq.com (if you need other browser instructions, let me know)

After hitting the above button click "site settings"


This brings you to this page, then click " Delete data"

Also try to remove your bookmark, and log in again with your known saved credentials, then resave my.applausehq.com/login as a new bookmark
