No more reaching out to Apploi Support to remove incorrect onboarding packets sent to an employee. Now you can delete these previously sent packets directly in the employee's profile.
First, you will view the employee that you are looking to remove documents from.
For documents in progress:
There will be a blue banner at the top of the employee profile with the document details. You will click on the trash can button to delete the document you are looking to remove:
There will then be a pop up box that will ask you to confirm you want to delete this document:
As the popup states, this document will now be permanently removed from this employee.
For completed documents:
Click on the download tab in the employee profile and click delete on the document you wish to delete:
There will then be a pop up box that will ask you to confirm you want to delete this document:
As the popup states, this document will now be permanently removed from this employee.
Once you delete a document, either In Progress or Completed, you will now be able to resend that document.
