Using Email and Text templates is a great way to save time when communicating with applicants in Apploi. Rather than having to copy & paste or re-type the same messages over and over to applicants, you can create templates for you and your team to use moving forward!

To access Email and Text templates, click on your name in the top right corner of the page.

Here you see a list of all existing email and text templates that are available in your account.

To add a new template, click on the New Template button at the top of the page.

Whether you'd like to add a new email template or a new text template, you'll be brought to the same email and text template form.

To create an email template, enter a name for the template, whether you'd like it to send manually or automatically, the subject, and the body of the message.

You also have the option to include merge fields. These help to save time and customize your message, which is especially helpful when communicating with applicants in bulk! For example, you can use a merge field so the message includes the recipient's name rather than a generic “Hello.”

To create a text message template, select the tab titled Text Message and enter the template name and body of the message.

Click Create at the bottom of the form to save your template.

Keep in mind you can create as many templates as you need and always come back and edit those previously saved in Apploi.
