We all know that jobs you're hiring for will eventually be filled, and your team will no longer need to collect applications for them. When that time comes, what's the best approach for removing the job? Unpublish it!

Unpublishing Jobs

Unpublishing a job simply makes the job inactive and removes it from job boards. You'll no longer be able to collect applications for the job, but you'll maintain the history and applications that have been previously collected. To find out how to unpublish a job click here.

Deleting Jobs

The Delete feature for jobs in Apploi should be used cautiously and sparingly. Deleting a job is best used for a job that was created by mistake or as a test, and has never collected applications.

Important: If you delete a job with applications, those applications will be deleted too. If you think you may have deleted a job accidentally, let the Apploi Customer Support team know via the chat icon at the bottom left of your account so we can help to recover and restore the deleted data.
