Have you determined an applicant is unqualified for a position? Or hired an applicant and don't need to text them through Apploi anymore? If you no longer need to communicate with applicants in Apploi, you have the option to archive them.
Archiving applicants moves them from the main list of applicants to a separate folder, ensuring that the Applicants page only includes those individuals you are actively communicating with about an open position.
Follow the steps below to see the different ways to archive applicants, review previously archived applicants, and unarchive applicants in Apploi!
Archiving Applicants
The first way to archive applicants is from the main Applicants page. Find the applicant that needs to be archived and hover over the Actions column on the right side of the page. Click the Archive this applicant icon and click Yes when prompted.
You can also archive an applicant on the Applicant Details page. Click the Actions dropdown menu on the top right, select Archive Candidate at the bottom of the list and click Yes when prompted.
Viewing Archived Applicants
You can find applicants that have been archived by clicking back into the main Applicants page and clicking the double arrows next to the Applicants bubble to the top left of the page. Click the white Archived bubble that appears to be taken to a full list of archived applicants.
Unarchiving Applicants
If you need to unarchive an applicant, you can do so by hovering over the Actions column and clicking on the Unarchive this applicant icon. The applicant will be moved back to the main Applicants page.
Archiving Applicants in Bulk
You also have the option to archive applicants in bulk! Rather than going through each applicant individually, you can click the checkbox next to the Name column to select the applicants that need to be archived. Then, click on the Archive icon that appears on the top of the list of applicants and click Yes when prompted.
