Chat with the team and find your Customer Success Manager

If you’re experiencing any issues with your Apploi account, we’re here to help! You can either send a message through our chat feature or contact your Customer Success Manager directly.

Apploi's Chat Feature

Apploi's chat feature is best used if you have a one-off question that you would like to be answered quickly.

There are two different ways to access Apploi's chat feature. The first is by clicking on the ( ? ) icon on the top right corner of the page and selecting Chat With Us.

A chat box will appear and once your message is sent, a member of the Apploi team will follow up with you and walk you through anything that you may need help with.

Apploi's chat feature can also be accessed by clicking on the yellow chat icon at the bottom of the page, and you'll be brought to the same chat box as seen above.

Your Customer Success Manager

You can also contact your dedicated Customer Success Manager as a resource if you would like to receive additional training on the platform, or if you would like any updates to be made to your account.

To locate your Customer Success Manager's contact information, click on the ( ? ) icon on the top right corner of the page and select Contact [CSM's Name] at the bottom of the list.

A pop-up window will appear with your Customer Success Manager's contact information. Click on the email address or phone number to contact your CSM.
