Managing Your Account Information and Preferences

Learn how to change your contact info, disable all email notifications, and find your Customer Success Manager's contact details

If you ever need to update any of your account information or preferences in Apploi, you can do so in the My Account section.

To access the My Account section, click on the menu under your name on the top right corner of the page and select My Account.

The Contact Information section allows you to make any updates to your name, address, or phone number. To make any changes, click on the edit button. Once you've updated your contact information, click on the Save button to submit the changes.

The Credentials section allows you to update your login email and password, or reset your password. To edit your credentials, click on the edit button and click save once the new email or password has been added. To reset your password, click on the reset password button and you'll receive a link in your email inbox to create a new password.

The Mailing Preferences section is a global setting for all application email notifications. This allows you to disable email notifications for applications entirely, rather than needing to manage notifications per job. Only use this feature if you never want to receive application email notifications in Apploi.

Lastly, the Customer Success Manager section provides you with your CSM's name, email, and phone number.
