We're thrilled to announce that Apploi has released a new and improved job description editor! It's still as simple to use as before, but now you'll have a variety of formatting options to choose from.

The Job Description editor can be accessed on the Jobs page by editing an existing job or creating a new one.

Just like before, you'll find the new Job Description editor under the Basic Information section of the Job Edit page.

This editor includes new formatting options like the ability to preview, align, indent, and hyperlink. You can also paste text by right-clicking or with a keyboard shortcut.

After adding the necessary information, we recommend previewing the job description by clicking on the eye icon at the top left side of the window.

You'll also find the new job description editor when creating job descriptions templates under the Admin menu:

You'll be brought to the Job Description manager where you have the option to either edit a template or create a new one.

When you choose to edit or create, you'll see the same options as when editing or creating a new job:
