Now you have the option to sign documents as a recruiter once applicants have completed them! This is great for I-9 forms, but you can use the feature for any documents applicants sign in Apploi.

Keep in Mind - in order to use this feature, you'll also need to be using our Documents feature. If you'd like to learn more about this, reach out to your Customer Success Manager for details.

If you are already using Documents in Apploi, we can add Recruiter Signing wherever it's necessary. Let your Customer Success Manager know which forms the feature should be added to and we'll get to work.

Steps for Using the Recruiter Signing Feature

1. Send the applicant documents via email or text (if you're not sure how to do this, take a look here).

Once you've done this, you'll see the Recruiter column under the Document Signing section. It let's you know we're still waiting on the applicant to complete the documents before you can sign them:

2. Once the applicant is finished filling out the forms online, they'll see the following message appear:

3. You (or the user who sent the documents) gets an email notification like this one:

You'll also see the Recruiter column in the Document Signing section of the Applicant Details page.

4. Once you click the link in the email or the link in the Recruiter column, you'll be prompted to complete and sign your portion of the documents.

Once you click to submit, the documents will be available to download by any user with access to the applicant in Apploi.

5. The applicant will also get an email with a link to download the fully signed documents so they can store them for their records too.

Remember - if you're interested in using the Recruiter Signing feature for any of your documents reach out to your Customer Success Manager to let them know!
