Create custom Thank Your for Applying messages to be sent to candidates automatically

By default, Apploi sends each of your new candidates and email thanking them for applying to a new position. Now, you can customize this message with your own email.

Disable Apploi's Automated Email

Start by disabling the system generated email sent through Apploi. You can do so by either contacting the Apploi Support Team through chat or email, or by reaching out to your Customer Success Manager.

Create a New Email/Text Template

Build your own custom message to send to applicants under the Email and Text Templates section of Apploi. Follow these steps to create a custom template, and be sure to select "Manually" from the "When to Send" dropdown.

Create Your Workflow

Navigate to the Workflows section in your account by clicking your name in the top right > clicking Stage Manager / Workflows from the dropdown menu.

Make sure to toggle to the Workflows tab, then expand the New stage:

When building the new workflow, start by using the following selections:

  1. First make the selection if an application is submitted

  2. Next, select a message is sent

  3. Based on the type(s) of template created, choose whether the message will be sent via Email, Text or both.

  4. Select the name of the Email/Text template that will be sent to the new candidate

Once you're finished setting up the workflow, be sure to click Done, followed by Save at the top of the page to make sure your new workflow is saved!
