Keeping staff certifications up-to-date is essential for ensuring your team and patients are protected. But often, the process for tracking down the right government website, requirements, and documentation can feel overwhelming - especially when no two roles are the same. It shouldn’t be difficult to know whether your employees and applicants are cleared for work. That’s where Apploi comes in.

Apploi verifies credentialing and licenses of 10 roles in 50 states, with some exceptions. The roles and which states where we track coverage are listed below:

Navigate to Jobs:

Make sure "Enable License Verification" is toggled on.

Select the Role, the State in which the job requires credentialing, and when you want the details to be verified (although we recommend leaving that last one on the default setting).

Click Save.

At this point, in the second column, you'll notice you can now filter candidates based on their role and verification status:

Proceed to click the candidate in question

You'll be taken to the appropriate certificate verification page (the same one that your candidate receives if you've automated this process):

It can take a bit, but you'll eventually see the page updated to "Ready to Review"

Click Review to see the results:

Make sure to click the result you'd like to track and click Confirm.

Once you do, that certificate is now linked to that candidate, and Apploi will re-verify the license daily. If you're an OMT customer, the certificate remains linked once the candidate becomes an employee, and verification continues updating daily.

The view in the candidate's profile has been updated with the certificate. Even though the re-verification happens daily, you can here manually re-check. You can also delete the verification.
