Learn how to edit an employee's personal information

There are two different ways to edit an employee's personal information.

  1. View the employee directory to find the employee that you would like to edit. You will be able to edit the employee’s details by clicking the pencil icon, located in the last column of the employee directory:

  2. Once you in an Employee's Profile, you can edit an employee's details by clicking the pencil icon at the top of the basic information box:

Once you edit an employee, you will have the ability to terminate this employee. Please visit our article on How to Terminate an Employee.

Please note: When editing an profile, you will be able to add any role you desire but please keep in mind that the system default roles that were added to your system are the only roles we can verify license information for.
