Just like the Applicant Tracking side of Apploi, you are able to view messaging history with your employees.

To see the communication history, you will need to view that employee's profile.

Once you are in the correct profile, you will see the Message History tab on the right hand side. This will show all communication, through email and text for both employee and employer that have occurred through the employee portal. It’s important to note that communication with the employee when they were an Applicant will not display here:
