Do you find yourself spending a serious amount of time in Apploi and on Indeed? The Indeed Recruiter Extension was made for you.
The Indeed Recruiter Extension was initially incepted to allow recruiters the ability to move candidate records from Indeeds system into Apploi when posting jobs directly on the Indeed platform. As of recent, Indeed has added new features to this extension specifically for ATS's, via this same free browser extension providing a new overlay experience. These features allow for users to access more critical hiring data across Indeeds suite of products.
A new Chrome extension will allow Apploi users to access and update their info on Indeed without switching tabs or leaving Apploi. The extension lets you:
see information about a job (pulling data from Indeed’s database) while you are drafting your job posting, allowing you to create more competitive job postings informed by live data.
see your postings visibility, linking it to the post on Indeed and to your career site
see Candidates active on Indeed who would be a match for your job (with a resume search subscription)
get notifications for time-sensitive messages from Indeed, like
messages from Candidates
changes to your posting
Sponsorships that require your attention
with more features coming soon.
Something to keep in mind as you navigate this new overlay experience: you will notice there are capabilities to message, schedule an interview, and post a job through this extension. If you take action on these specific features, it will not sync with Apploi. If you are currently utilizing workflows in Apploi for messaging, interviewing, and posting your jobs, then continue to do so while making use of IRX's other features.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
Anyone who posts jobs to Indeed can make use of this extension, but the candidate matching feature is limited to customers who have subscribed to Indeed Resume Search.
GETTING STARTED
Download the extension over here, click Add to Chrome.
Follow the instructions to connect your Apploi and Indeed accounts and agree to additional permissions.
You're in! You can now pull up the Indeed ATS overlay by clicking on the extension in the top right of your Chrome browser (it might be "hidden" under the puzzle piece... pin it to make sure you have quick access to it any time).

IRX will attempt to match your Apploi jobs with your Indeed jobs.

Surfaces a blank search bar to input an Indeed URL to create a direct connection
If there is only 1 match
Automatically matches to show job post, job visibility, and sponsorship status
If there are between 2-20 matches
Matches are provided as a list of job posts
Requires a one-time action to select the matching job post
The corresponding job posting in Apploi is now linked going forward.
If there are >20 matches
Same experience as 0 matches
If the job is not visible on Indeed, IRX categorizes the required modifications by job post.

Messaging and Notifications
Note: Please keep in mind if messages are exchanged with the candidates through this extension, it will not be reflected in Apploi. If you wish for your conversations to be visible in Apploi, you will need to avoid using this feature and continue your workflows through Apploi’s messaging functionality.
Get updates to inform on time-sensitive actions including when:
Candidates send new messages.
There are important changes to jobs.
Sponsored campaigns require attention.
