If you can't find the answer you're looking for on our site, we also provide unparalleled customer support, seven days a week. We are proud to guarantee that, when you contact us at support@appnext.com, you will always talk to real humans.

Here at Appnext, we have no use for chatbots; we like to keep things real with genuine, friendly folks! All of our Customer Support Advisors currently work from our offices on the sunny island of Cyprus.

Tips for emailing us

  • Be as specific as possible - the more details you provide about your account, campaign or app, the better we can assist you!

  • Visuals help too - feel free to upload screenshots or files in the Attachments field, this can help us see what you're seeing. 

  • You can reply to our messages directly from our email responses.

  • If you have new questions, we recommend creating a new conversation so that each question can be handled within its own email thread. This makes referencing inquiries more efficient in the future.
