Add meeting instructions to a meeting type

Personalize your meeting confirmation with a custom message

When a booking is confirmed, Appointlet gives you the option to add a custom message with instructions for your attendee. This might include links to external pages or forms, information that elaborates on the meeting location or any preparations that need to be made prior to the meeting. This message will be included in your confirmation and reminder emails each time someone books through a meeting type that includes Meeting Instructions.

Important: Keep in mind this feature is only available on the premium Appointlet subscription plan.

Adding Instructions

To get started, navigate to the Pages tab and click on the meeting type you'd like to update. Navigate to the Notifications menu and type your custom message into the Meeting Instructions field.

Once you've filled out the Meeting Instructions field, save your changes and the message will be added to the confirmation and reminder emails your clients receive after booking with you. Below is an example of the confirmation email with meeting instructions as it would appear for the client.
